LessonLayer Beta pilot
A departmental pilot for university teaching teams. Your lecturers transform their own teaching material, review what comes back, and download standalone lessons to use with their students.
What you get
-
Access for your team
LessonLayer for a named teaching team, provisioned manually by us.
-
Your own material
PowerPoint, Word, Markdown or plain text, transformed into interactive review.
-
Lecturer control
Lecturer review of every lesson before it is used, with sections reordered, promoted, demoted or removed.
-
Files you keep
A standalone HTML lesson per transformation, plus the underlying lesson file.
-
Safeguards that hold
Source-grounded academic safeguards, with anything needing a lecturer's judgement flagged rather than hidden.
-
A direct line
Questions, problems and feedback straight to us at [email protected].
What Beta does not include
- No LMS or VLE integration, no LTI, and no institutional single sign-on
- No learner analytics and no dashboards; we create no student accounts
- No self-service sign-up; access is arranged with us directly
- No unlimited-usage promise; usage is agreed as part of the scope
LessonLayer is in Beta. We are running a small number of paid departmental pilots before building billing, accounts or integrations, so the trade is an opening price and direct access to the person who built it, in exchange for real use and honest feedback.
Enquire
Departmental Beta pilots from £500.
Scope, length and the number of lecturers are agreed in writing before a pilot starts. Access is provisioned manually, and payment is by invoice. Tell us your department, roughly how many lecturers would take part, and what you teach from.
