When you submit the Opportunity Scan form, the information and any file you send is used to produce your scan and, if you go ahead, your commissioned interactive.

• Submissions are retained for 90 days unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
• We do not create learner accounts and do not collect personal data about the learners who go on to use a finished interactive.
• We do not track learner activity, and we do not use cross-session tracking of any kind.
• Submitted files and form data are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Uploaded files are stored as you sent them. They are not executed and are not opened by any automated parser.
• Site analytics, where enabled, use Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics.
